Success Without Burnout: Redefining What It Means to Work Hard

I recently came across the 12x30 challenge from Alex Hormozi - where you work 12 hours a day for 30 days straight with no weekends.

I’m all for focus. I’m all for discipline. But honestly? Just reading that made my head spin.   Because where’s the space to live in that formula?  To rest. To move your body. To actually connect with your loved ones?

It sounds like a recipe for burnout.

And the fact that one of the more influential names in business is suggesting this says alot about how warped our idea of “success” has become.

You can definitely work hard on your business , but it shouldn’t come at the cost of your wellbeing. It's not cool. It’s not sustainable.

I say this as someone who’s building two businesses and learning (the hard way) that the most productive, profitable version of me… is the one who knows how to rest, too.

So if you’ve been feeling the pressure to “do more,” “work harder,” or “hustle like your life depends on it” - take a second.

Breathe. Choose yourself.

Because you can scale with SYSTEMS.

You can grow with space.

You can build a business that doesn’t burn you out in the process.

So that's just my reminder and message for you moving into the week ahead.   Just because you hear people pushing more more more, does not mean you need to follow, or feel guilty for doing things differently.

There's a better way.   I promise.
